there is a bouns the fuses in those dont blow at the rated amps about half again so you can run more stuff at the same time in the workshop

WARNING....this is what happens when you have an agent looking after your rentals i done a yearly inspection myself at the decoration, carpets, appliances and general maintainance of the property etc but never put my head into the meter box, i mean who does

The DNO will replace that cutout for free, and you could helpfully have an isolator ready to go, making future upgrades a bit simpler

A privately owned property that is rented needs to have a survey of electrical services carried out at least every 5 years. After correction of any faults the property owner or agent is required by law to provide the tenant with a valid electrical safety certificate within 28 days of the date of test.
If a valid electrical safety is not given to the tenant within 28 days the tenant can advise their Local Authority of the failure to obtain a remedy.
If a new tenancy begins during the 5 year testing period it is usual for the owner or agent to provide the new tenant with a valid electrical safety certificate as part of the tenancy agreement.

going by that it needs the whole lot checking over note the right hand 5 amp white fuse the whole lot should have been rcd protected many moons ago
