i've come abit stuck....
i've got a sip migmate 130 turbo using co2 / argon mix
it's currently on high settings n just running lines of weld, there doesn't seem to be any penetration on the underside, it has shown that heat has gone through but not actually gone through it's self
would take pics but cameras at work still!!!!
also i thought i would give a overlap joint a go using 2 2.5mm plates all clean both sides of top plate and top of the bottom plate
it seemed to hold the weld but i could use a screw driver and praise them apart with abit of effort.
am i doing something wrong?
co2 / argon is alot smoother then just co2
