I have some 1.6mm A1 welding rods that i've been using to try and get the hang of my DC Inverter Tig welder with varying success, i can manage to stick things together OK but i need to get things a bit tidier if you know what i mean
Now, i've had conflicting advice from various different sources concerning different types/grades of rods, some say i should be using A15's for Tig but A1's are OK, others say use A15's only for Tig and others say A1's and A15's both as good as one another and i should get the same results/finish with either rod
Now the big question is , Who or What do i believe ? A1's ? or A15's ?
