Welding reels

Has anyone got any spare welding reels, the diy type, about 4 1/2 diameter that they wouldn't mind sending for the cost of the postage, or pick up if it close enough? cheers Orchie

I guess you want empty ones as you've found a use for them?

Most of the guys here use the bigger reels I think.

nothing so adventurous, I bought a ready welder, and have a load of flux cord wire that I want to transfer to the smaller reels.

I will have one finished in a few weeks i guess.

I've some alu wire on a mini spool, I used to bodge the mini spool onto my full size holder, but i now have a 15kg spool to transfer the alu wire on to.
