Welding quals

Guys ,
Does anyone know , that if you have a ticket to weld a single v butt, would you be covered to weld a single bevel butt, under the same qual ?

Yes your covered under the same code providing:-
The material thickness range is the same.
The position your welding is the same
The process is the same
This also means if you qualified in solid wire your not covered for flux core and vica Verca.

It's because the technique and General WPS for both joints would be pretty much identical.
Nothing to do with volume of weld metal.

It will say in the extent of approvals section of your certificate
