Hi
Need some help here please.
I am restoring a 1950's Norton International, and after stripping down the forks I have found that part of the pinch bolt lugs have broken off. Given that new / replacement sliders are hard to come by, I need someone way way way better than me at welding to take a look and see if they can repair the alloy sliders. Attached are a couple of photos of the break
I suspect that no one will want to handle this given its location holding the front wheel spindle in place, but thought that I should try on the forum just in case. I have seen the excellent work by people such as Hotrodder in my neck of the woods and just hope someone can do the job for me. Otherwise it is a long search for a replacement slider in Autojumble land
Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give
