Last thursday I passed the first of my courses, with three weeks (evenings) left to run. I am going to use the time left to practice on thinner material as most of mine has been 5mm and up. The last day I want to go for a bit of stainless practice. The course has definately been worth it, there is someone there to sort out the errors straight away, so no time lost.
I was a bit ****** with someone theiving my theory results though, I got 100% and fortunately the tutor remembered. I put the results in the store under five test pieces with my name on and went for coffee. When I came back the paper was gone. As another student said, "everyone on MIG has to do that test". Bastard, do your own work.
