Made this recently, using some old filing cabinet drawers.
It has hooks for the cables, is large enough to accommodate a larger welder if I ever get one, or even a second one on the top. It also has a holder for a disposable gas bottle, but enough room to take a larger hobby weld size cylinder later.
Quite pleased with how it came out, and it fits neatly in the corner I designated for it in the garage, and has storage for the mask, gloves and various other consumables and other bits of paraphernalia that were taking up shelf space.
