You might do better doing a series of tacks, overlapping, hot on hot, rather than trying to do actual weld runs. You soon get a feel for it and it comes out fairly presentable looking. FI agree, and its appreciated, but your surely not saying that this horse can't drink water because it's the wrong type of water? I can get the exhaust to stick together but it's just messy, here's another quick one aswell, when I do a bit joint with 2 pipes, do I need them as the names suggests, butt up together or a slight gap between them? I am cleaning the pipe up first before I start.
