Welder setting Vid with arc problems

Fault with a brand new machine, or is it something i have missed.

Trying to resolve this without sending the machine back, i think i have tried everything.

they are there but slow to load

I tried to reduce the size, quality is not great

it would seem to appear that the power is not there when you strick up then slowly builds up i wonder if it has capacitor faults
