Welder for steel and ali?

Am starting a new business and will need to do some welding.

We will need to weld:-
Kitcar chassis out of 50mm mild steel box section tube.
Stainless steel from time to time.
Aluminium brackets, fuel tanks, swirl pots etc.

I had thought a decent MIG would serve the purpose but am now wondering if we should be going for TIG.

We have 3 phase.
We have a SIP 150 turbo MIG for tacking etc.

Any thoughts on the route we should take and the spec of machine to look for?

Anything like fuel tanks, swirl pots etc will require AC TIG, as much for the aesthetics as the welding technique.
