Welder for pottering and odd jobs

Hey guys am guessing you get asked this a lot at the mo I have a Clarke arc welder it does the job but I need to do some small spot welds and am finding that some of the work I do it's just blowing through the steel
Is there any reasonably priced gasless welders you would recommend. Or one that will take gas aswell.
It's not used a great deal but seem to be using it more and more for odd jobs.

Clarke arc welder

An little used mig would be a good companion to have handy and shouldn't break the bank. Take adavangtage of all the poor press that little SIP's machines seem to have and grab one for peanuts.
Keep one or two small disposible bottles handy for those occansional uses.
I've used a SIP 100 for many years without any issue and own a bigger Clark now, but would happiley give shed space to either of them.
