I've had to weld up the sil on our car for mot.
I plan to spray "something" inside it, but my fear is that, if it ever needs welding again, any oil based "stuff" is just going to be a real problem.
I'm considering thinking some epoxy to maximum datasheet value and pumping that in, in the same way as you would some oil based "stuff". Sure it would burn with welding but nowhere close to how a load of black under seal would.
I guess I'll brush paint the outside with epoxy or the like, and then put the plastic trim back on.
So it's really just a question of what to pump inside?
