Weld on hinges

Anyone know what the weld on hinges in the below photo are called or even if they or similar are available?

Same application, except bigger window, don't want to use bullet hinges if possible as it eats away at the window overlap and subsequently reduces sealing surface.

edit: rather buy than make to save time before anyone suggests.
