Weird event of the week

I had my weird moment of the week yesterday.
Cycling to work in the rain, going up hill.
Some idiot chucked a huge brown thing at me.
Landed on my left foot bruising my toe, cue extreme verbal violence.
Then it came to life and bloody bit me.
it was a rabbit.
It dived out a tree from about 4ft off the ground, hit foot as described then got stuck between my pedals before hopping away.
Scared me to death.
A few minutes later when I had calmed down I rewound the tape 'yes that did just happen' and cycled off laughing like a maniac past a bunch of puzzled ramblers. Sadly they missed the bunny attack.

Taint normal.

Its quite unbelievable how some of them Portlanders' take that superstition so seriously.

If it really did bite you broke & the skin get the bite checked .. humans can get myxi , tetanus & and calcivirus from them , which can make you seriously ill.
