Weardon chuck

Anyone know how you split this Weardon chuck apart?

Got given it but the jaws stick - think it needs the internals cleaning.

Could you try electrolysis, might free it sufficiently to save you dismantling it?

Tried! Think its gummed up with grease as you can move jaws about. Also tried thinners.

Dunk it in something like oil, paraffin or diesel for a few hours.

A soak in petrol for a while while operating the chuck might free things up.

It's not answering how to take it apart but something like Duck oil/WD inside it then hold the rotating part with the chuck body powered by some kind of reversible motor (lathe?) and you'll be surprised how easily it becomes lovely and free. Would take an age if trying to turn it by hand though.
