If you look back through some of the old post that usually start "new welder needs help" or just "HELP" or "newbe....." Then follow there first post, note the date then as, when and if they post follow ups you will see that some go from looking like they have thrown the weld at the metal from the other side of shed to some very nice looking weld in only a short time. Then they are in a position to assist other new members
