Just use a hose from the lavor without any tips and it should be warm with a nice pressure too for washing the cars.This ended up being my final solution for this:

That is, a newer more compact Lavor Diesel Hot water pressure washer. It fits nicely under a shelving bay in my front garage. It puts out constant 90c water which is also fully adjustable temperature wise.
Very economical to run on fuel too.
