Water heater for garden hose to wash cars?

This ended up being my final solution for this:

That is, a newer more compact Lavor Diesel Hot water pressure washer. It fits nicely under a shelving bay in my front garage. It puts out constant 90c water which is also fully adjustable temperature wise.

Very economical to run on fuel too.

Just use a hose from the lavor without any tips and it should be warm with a nice pressure too for washing the cars.

Nice, nothing really beats the utility of a diesel steamer. I have a really old full sized karcher hds I bought cheap as a non runner, and it has a temperature control that works pretty good on it. Ive rebuilt the pump twice now, and replaced some other bits, glow plug, new filters etc, its a bit like triggers broom but it keeps on going, I run it off a ibc that captures rain water and it seems to cope.
I have the connector roofman links above but on the original lance, but the generic kits have spray nozzles sized for tiny pressure washers, so you have to pay attention to hole sizes when ordering. There's a high flow flexible joint that snaps in the end of the lance to allow you to steer the jet at funny angles for under cars too.
I have a little battery ryobi one+ cold pressure wash gun and that's surprisingly handy and I made a adaptor to allow all the same fittings to be used on both but its pants on road grime and heavy soiling.

I have a side tap which is far away from where I wash cars.

To get hot water I take the buckets around to my utility and fill them there. Constant back and forth.

I have a garage at front where I set the Kranzle powerhose up outside and bring the cold hose around. I am wondering could I fit a 13, 16 or 32amp instant water heater there and click the hose into it when I plan to wash a few of my cars. To generate warm water for washing but also adjust for hot water to fill the buckets when I start out.

Something like a red ring brand? And add appropriate quick connect fittings. It would be inside but just inside the garage up and over door opening which stays open when washing cars outside.

Warm water will aid cleaning of the cars and engines etc, just warm or it would damage the powehose. And it will make washing cars during winter alot more pleasant!
