Water cooler

Hi Guys

tried to find an other section for this topic, (as it is not 100% about tig welding), but alas I cound,nt, so here it is,
Water coolers.

In perticular, the parweld water cooler,
any one have any good or bad things to say about it?????

I have recentley bought a Lorch Tig welder, idealy I would love the lorch water cooler, but for me anyway, lorch has overpriced it, having just sheld out for the tig, the old bank balance has taken to much of a kicking this month :-(

so i am looking for a cheaper option.
back to the parweld water cooler, what do you guys think and say about it, I am all ears.

Been searching for over half an hour now.

Lots about water coolers, NOT alot in purticular about the parweld water cooler :-(

I think that most water coolers, certainly all that I've seen, are over priced.

They are a tank, a pump, a rad, and usually a fan.
Price those up and it doesn't come to what they ask for the complete unit.

They are dead easy to make. Mine cost me £60

All you need is a tank (an old metal fuel can would do) a car heater matrix (like a little rad) and a little mains fan i would have thought.

I have a Parweld cooler on my small 200 Parweld XTI AC/DC set, works very well, just like the welder, picked mine up new for £150, I did make one originally but the Parweld cooler works better.

I got it from a Welding shop in Birmingham, Vat was included i guess, that was total price, last one he had and wanted to clear it so you won't be getting another at that price !!! He had them on Ebay but when i looked i couldn't find them so i sent him an email, the rest is history

Yes I was going to bid on it, but I've recently bounght another on ebay that is on it's way to me

That one was 'seller refurbished' rather than actually new, and it was a stock photo, not the actual one!
