I hopefully would like to find some of the below screws to modify some garden furniture we have received today. I realise this is woodworking but I'm not a member on any wood bothering forums. 
The big one is 80mm long and the small one is 30mm long with approx 4mm shaft, the heads are approx 15mm wide. I need approx 60mm long but anything from 60mm to 80mm would be fine.
Some frantic googling has found similar items called washer head screws, but they have fancy threads and torx heads on them which make them very expensive and they are too big, they are much more like coach screws.
Screwfix has similar to the above, flangehead screws, better price but again too thick at 8mm.
Anybody know their name because I'm throwing a blank here, diy stores such as wickes and bnq don't seems to have anything, nor do all the fasteners places I have found so I'm not sure where to look!
