I have a gas/gasless welder and i'll be the first to admit that its not the best. Up until now, i have just used gasless wire which for the most part has done the job well enough for my needs
But i now have a small job where i want some neater welds. So i've gone out and got a couple of bottles, a cheapo regulator and some 0.6mm wire and tips. ( I've read all the stories and the like, but at this stage, the best part of £150 to go down the hire route is not on the cards. I'd much rather buy a bigger, better welder first, and then combine it with the full sized bottles )
The only thing i cant find in the garage is the little pipe that came with the welder that runs from the regulator to the back of the welder. Can anyone tell me what pipe size i should be looking to get to do this job?
thanks in advance.
