Take a very good look at the beams , I was in an old farm today , and happened to look up at the roof , the farmer remembers his dad putting the roof on 70 years ago , and cutting the beams to length with a hacksaw , by hand , and drilling two holes in each lump of track , with a brace and bit .. folk were tougher then , no plasma in sight , not even a grinder , just thought it was an interesting pic .
His other shed roof was built with telegraph poles as joists , different time certainly a different way of thinking.
