With a 3m bed, is that a single cab medium wheel base? You can get longer transits as standard, and also chassis extensions/longer bodies

You could fit twin or triple ladder racks (one at front, one at back of bed) so you can have a level load above the cab going right along and out the back


The bigger is it though, the more it weighs and the closer you are 3.5t

re the comment about a landy wit a trailer... i own a landy, and the other day went and sat my trailer test to 'allow' me to pull a trailer. expensive, and a bit daft i rekon...

i'm in same boat but paul is old enough to have trailer entitlement. i'm getting work to pay for my trailer test

Went to the tip today, seen a Transit dropside - same cab/front end as ours, but with a monster back. Must have been 20' plus, but still 3.5 tonner. No model ref on it, and can i find it on the intenet, nope.
Thats the fella we need.
