VW T25 internal work.

Got round to doing internal work inside van, acquired 16swg al/al checker plate off cuts courtesy of Sam. No luxury machines at hand, tin snips, various hammers/mallets and jigsaw, oh and steady hand. Sliding door was minus internal panel, new one in place made from plain 18swg al/al, lagging behind new panel.

New floor matl I purchased from Costco, nicer on the hoof than plain tile.

A satisfying day...............

NOPE, Mrs R would possibly like this, but they go as far as unit doors, they actually have a dual function, if we break down in some really remote Scottish region, no phone reception, I can whip of a door and use shiney butterfly to signal passing aircraft

I have a 2" louvre tool at work, fits into flypress, self setting for depth.

Reason I added louvres, there was a manufactured fabricated plate with rectangle slots for hot air to vent out, fitted along small step up to cab area, Louvres look better then drilled, or jigsawed out slots, I think so anyway?
