Well I can remember when it didn't cost nearly £80 for a passport
and when tax on my car wasn't more than £200 and mot's weren't nearly £50
and when there weren't speed cameras on every corner
and when road pricing wasn't even though of
and when the registration fee covered the cost of all future logbooks
Labour have taxed everything to the hilt and they are dreaming up more. Think that road pricing's been scrapped? Think again....

Interestingly Professor Vernon Bogdanor, from Oxford University, has told national media that if the swing of 8.4 per cent in Houghton and Sunderland South is repeated across the country we will not have a hung parliament - we will have an outright Conservative victory.

No- I agree with you!! All my Minors are original. I love the simplicity and durabillity of the 1098cc A series engine, and it sounds great! I agree, 100% original- or at least of the era for me in my classics too, but on the other hand I support those who do wish to modify and hate the bureacrats that punish the modifiers with the BIVA test and a Q plate. Modifying classics is a part of British culture- it has happened since the 1950's when specials were being made from old Austin 7's.
My beloved Traveller is so original, it is still positive earth!!! I like dynamo's, drum brakes, lever arm dampers. I also like to re-finish my Minors in the original type cellulose paint and use lead as a filler where it was used, 2-pack just does not look right on an old car.
The point is though that these are all parts of British culture that are under threat from EU legislation- and we have absolutely no say in the laws passed down by Brussels. The EU is in effect a Bureaucratic dictatorship.
And that is why I voted UKIP, apart from the fact that I hate all three main parties!

You might also like to consider that a large proportion of the Labour leadership were members of the Communist Party in their youths, along with Eric Pickles who is now Conservative Party Chairman. By your logic the Conservative Party is a Communist Party.
Of course people grow up and wise up and Parties even get new leaders with new perspectives, again look at Camerons Pink Tories.
I believe that the BNP have moved on from such nonsense and any real proof to say otherwise will have me condemning them more loudly than you along with giving a couple of good friends of mine a proper rollicking.
