Id get in contact with the owners club and also join their Facebook group etc. You'd be surprised at the quantity of NOS panels hoarded away.

My dad had one in similar condition...chassis rails were rotten IIRC.

I joined the Volvo Enthusiasts Club today, got talking to one of the restorers that sponsors the site and he sent me 62 photos of the last one he did and 98 photos of other cars including a few fast fords. Some real quality work.
He also has some spares like jacking points, front and rear valances, including NOS genuine sills. Getting a list a photos from him tomorrow. Thanks for the suggestions guys.
