My great Uncle in Egypt during the war, is 98 now and still walking to the shops. Bike I think is a BSA M21 600 Sidevalve. He still carries shrapnel from Dunkirk.

My great grandmother in the 1920's I think, a keen golfer:

My great grandfather and his brothers, no idea who back left guy is:

They were all miners, my grandfather used to bare knuckle box in the boxing booths, my father in his youth saw him pick a guy up with one hand grasping the front of his jacket and banging his head of the rafters in the ceiling.

The Lascar, one of the first Puffers converted to diesel in the 1950s. Berthed at GlenFyne distillery, Lochgilphead on the Crinan Canal.

My Dad was a armourer in the RAF during the 50's .............National Service. Pictured below on one of the planes...but what is the plane?
I always thought it was the Meteor but I've searched the net but cannot find any pictures showing those intakes.

Gloucester Meteor but could be a De Havilland Vampire.
