Ive got a Lister D. It was running but I managed to snap one of the headstuds. No chance of getting that out of the block, must get round to sorting it. its been sat since i was at school

We've still got our old petters single piston engine that my grandad used to use to run the milking machines in the dairy in the 50's and 60's, also in the field we have a bamford clayson combine with a 6 cylinder fordson major engine which sounds absoloutly brilliant

Probably on old Petter PH1, still get the odd few in, but parts are getting scarce - and a 6 cylinder Fordson on full chat would would create self-milking cows

thinking of doing the petters up but some parts are missing and i think my grandad said it froze one winder so wont run properly, will have to get it out sometime soon
