Video to wifi transmitter?

I have a digital camera which has an a/v output lead with one of those yellow phono connectors on it.
This shows a live image of the cameras display.

I would like to send this video to multiple hand-held monitors. The monitors need to be low cost and portable.
This is for a training/demonstration on positioning the camera so I don't need anything more fancy than just a way to show several people what the camera sees without them all having to come over and have a look at the little screen on the back of it!

I have had a quick look around and found this sort of thing

This seems ideal as I could run it from a small 12v battery and the guys could either use their own phones or I could get a couple of cheap tablets etc.

I can't seem to find any decent ones from UK sellers though so I'm wondering if anybody has/used one they would reccomend?

I have used ones like the link above for trailers and they have been unreliable and poor image quality so I'm looking for something a bit better if possible?
I am presuming that the video sent from the camera over a yellow phone plug is not going to be particularly breathtaking though so I'm not looking to spend thousands on some professional gear but something half decent where the app can be download from the play store rather than some dodgy chinese website would be ideal!

Have you got a laptop? How about a video usb grabber and then use Zoom or Teams for people to join.

I've not heard of gplayer but a quick Google suggests it's a video player app.
Can't see how that will help?

and because it can use url format easier to set up if your using cctv cameras or direct to pc or cctv base unit then to an url page

also means you can use live stream

I use 5g [ not mobile phone] for my drone cameras with a 5g monitor that can actually record. Using a bullet cam, action cam ....any camera I can send a signal to any 5g monitor. I also use 5g transmitters and recievers that plug into a tv with composite connections to view . 12v supplys ,both cameras and receivers.

Much easier to just set up a video monitor or mini projector where everyone can see the screen and send the video to that.

If you're doing a live dem the last thing you want to be doing is running around sorting out tech issues. With a hardwired fixed monitor (or monitors) you set it up once and forgetaboutit.

Yeah you can get 5.8ghz video transmitters and receivers pretty cheap and easy. Search for “ 5.8ghz FPV”

You'll be able to find some that run on 12v so it can share power with the camera or monitors.
You can use as many receivers as you have students as long as they’re on the same channel.

edit: oh you can get monitors with receivers built in, that’s ideal.

thats not what hes wanting and anyway he would be better wiring in a cheap 10.00 cctv camera and wire direct through the scart or phono sockets of the tv

The OP wanted the above, hence why I suggested portable 5g monitors with recievers built in ....and mobile.

This is part of my setup.

Both monitors are battery powered [built in] the large one records to a SD card. I also have a mini cam with a built in 5g transmitter ...cheap too.

I made a transmitter that connects to any analogue camera , powered by a 12 lipo battery ,it sends a signal to any 5g monitor. I use this for setting up CCTV cameras prior to wiring, it allows me to check the viewing angles before a permanent fitting.

Just a selection of the many cameras that can be bought cheaply. Most of my cams have transmitters attached rangeing from 200mw, 600mw ,800mw.
There is one to the left of the coin in a cam and transmitter built in .

I was hoping to use my existing camera although I suppose I don't actually need to use those cameras to demonstrate the setup part of the process.

you can get transmitters that’ll take the analogue video from your existing camera

Yes , very easy to conect the video output from your existing camera to a 5g transmitter input and send it out. You can buy 5g recievers that plug into a tablet or mobile phone using free software ,so no need for separate monitors. I have one but found it got quite hot when using and drained the phone battery . See if I can dig out a picture to show......

TBH if its just for training on camera positioning I'd just get a cheap WiFi camera rather than mess with converters etc. <£50 will get you something that will connect to your WiFi and then just use a phone connected to the same wifi (or tablets) to display it.
