I remember these being used on my 1961 mini with 'new' remoulds (this was in the late '60s) and it wore a groove in the tyres boo hoo![]()
Repco must've rebranded multiple other manufacturers aligners, there was at least one model (1970s) by HPA in Denmark but was labelled "Repco HPA" and "made in Australia"Had a Repco one good tool balances all the rotating mass, they did 2 pick ups an air or electronic one which I have never seen
Also had a 4 wheel alignment unit from them WHEN it worked lovely bit of kit but it was the most un reliable bit of S**t, any problem the only people who seemed to service them were in France shame as the boys loved it produced good results when working had 4 X 15 inch meters so unre car you could see minute adjustments

Is this Hunter Road force balancing or whay is it? How is the balance adjusted?
It does appear like it might be accurate given it balances an entire assembly but then again tyre rotation is out the window
