I've been using freemake for quite a while without any problems, It depends where you get it from, i used the freemake website, there are some download sites that use there own installers scourceforge is one to be avoided, I will not allow it to update though, just in case.

ok now installed the video one and ive converted it to AVI..... its now 76mb....
what format is best for making it the smallest file size..
without anyone having to download programs to view it...

I would recommended MM, but I was under the impression they had killed it off a while back rather than just no longer supporting it..

I have a dislike of 10 (mainly as explorer seems to keep resetting itself (taskbar vanishes and then reappears a second later...), other machine did a 7 reinstall and.....they have *done* something to it...things just don't work the way they did (updates are a mare to get going for one...)
