Out of curiosity you say you've achieved 50% compression. So you're saying the video that was 2 minutes long that was stored on your phone occupying 440MB you've managed to get down to 220MB without any loss of information? Call me a skeptic but how?
I've not looked into the depths of H.264 but am broadly familar with the techniques as I've spent quite a lot of time involved with RF and signals analysis. I'm genuinely interested in how you achieved a further 50% on top of the 98% already achieved.
