I've a milling machine running from 2 vfds, one to power the motor, a 220 volt huyang job and a 400 volt chinese ats4 affair to power my x axis power feed, when I use power feed both the x and y and sometimes z axis increments climb erratically when I use the power feed, im using grounded braided wire for the motor power supply but its not a fully shielded job, just regular protected stuff ,its been a long time since my study of electronics and even a long time ago I was still not great at it
I know there is some sort of choke or shunt or some device to reduce this affect(well i hope there is)
any advice on these issues? pictures to follow
