Not a scooby mate.Just a thought!
Bakery for washing down. Is the hot water supposed to be potable, certifiable against bacteria / legionella? Do any regulations cover it as it's in the food industry?
They like to do things on the cheap thinking they are saving money a nd it costs more in the long run.
Might see if i can find a good local plumber to have a look
