You need to look at the fuse that runs the "houshold" plugs, it will probably be a 32A fuse, I have no idea if it is allowed or not, I just added a spur to the wires behind the household plug and put a 32A socket next to it on the wall.
I recently rented a sunbed at home, they use a few amps so they have 2 13a plugs to cope with the draw. As long as your not running anything high powered at the same time it should be fine.
