as soon as you put ts on the postcode the premium goes upPostcode is the biggest factor, followed by what you do for a living, if it's business use and mileage.

Yeah, Bordesley Circus one of the most dangerous in the UK.
It was bad before, but once they stuck a lane through the middle to "ease traffic flow" it went crazy. Locals go full Banzai and ignore lights and lanes. Through traffic, including a lot of trucks, get muddled and it ends up in chaos. I used to go that way to Digbeth quite a bit but haven't been into town for years. It was fun on the bike though, properly got the adrenaline flowing.I had to look up which one that was, I used to go round it daily when commuting to Land Rover, one of my workmates was knocked off his motorbike on the first bit of the A45 when a van came down the wrong side of the dual carriageway![]()

me to with 300Bloody hell, I thought I was bad at £200 for the van.
Even on commercial, it’s hard to get any driver policy now. I changed my pickup from any driver to just me on our fleet policy a couple of years ago as nobody else had driven it for ages. Recently went to change it back to any driver (to match other vans on the same policy) and insurer said they they no longer offer new any driver policies, all drivers have to be named. With all the twists and turns in the smallprint its tough to get a true comparison. The commercial any driver policies are the killer. I think we pay about £1,500 pa for each of the small vans/4x4`s.

Real PITA, as reason our vans are any driver is for that once in a blue moon when a subbie works with us for a week / family member is moving house / etc, so not realistic to name all drivers.
