Carter's welding and fabricationIs this some woman (allegedly) posting vintage welding photos on FB ?
She posts some interesting pictures.
I enjoy her photos but can't do with the almost instantaneous negative comments from the armchair warriors.Carter's welding and fabrication
I would have to say yes.Is it bad my first thought was it looked like AI?
for me it's just that there's so many AI pictures on FB now and so many people fall for it not realising...I would have to say yes.
I'm getting sick and tired of reading "Fake, AI" comments that people posting a picture are treated to. And I'm equally sick of reading/hearing about AI, to the point where my happy place is being in my workshop on my wood lathe, doing the same thing that generations of wood turners have done before me, albeit with the convenience of electricity.
Unless you have prior knowledge of such welders......for me it's just that there's so many AI pictures on FB now and so many people fall for it not realising...
I see them for sale all the time fitted with all kinds of engines or the "Tracta Pac" PTO version. It seems like every farm must have one. There were a few competitors like the one I have but the Lincolns are by far the most common.Lincoln used to sell the welders without an engine, for the purchaser to add their own, like what is shown in the pix.
