This came with my Boxford AUD:
It has a MT2, which fits the tailstock and also the spindle (with 3-2 adapter).
I was told it’s a boring head or fly cutter, usually used for a mill (which I don’t have).
I take it the 3/8” hole that runs cross-ways (near vertical in the pic) is for the fly cutting, but, for example, could I use the holes in the end for a centre, and have an adjustable offset centre for the tailstock?
Any other ideas?
