Its like photoshop for what 'most' people will use it for though, its no substitute for a good editing tool but to do a bit of manipulation its fine.

Just had a quick look at the latest version and it still looks and feels like a badly made copy of PS, the interface is like PS from 5 years ago, bit clunky and slow
