Turning Pete. The application is a transit tipper. Already have the EN24 bar but don’t have the mild steel bar for the bushes.

I need the longer pins “Tipper Hinge Pin” to be a nice fit in the bushes.

I need the short pin “Ram Hinge Pin” to be a nice fit in a 25mm hole.

The washers are to go on the pins between the bracket and a split pin.

Hi Everyone.

Thanks for your offers guys really appreciate it, unfortunately I’m just doing the sums and looks like I’m gonna lose money on this job so I’m going to try and make some pins myself.

Only problem is I’ve got 1” bar but have drilled 25mm holes.

One of those jobs you just wish you hadn’t taken on. Even more so in this poxy weather.

I’ve got a 1” reamer, but I’ve got no vise or clamps on the big three phase drill to clamp the bit of plate down.
