Anyone know about hinges for double-glazed windows? I have a couple which won't pull the window tight closed at the top, there's about a 6mm gap left. From what I can see there's a tongue on the opening part of the hinge which should run up a wedge-shaped part on the fixed part to close the hinge tightly but it doesn't seem to be making contact. I can't see any adjustments on the hinge, and nothing seems to be loose or broken. Any ideas?

I had a couple which left enough gap to ride a motorbike through, one was obviously broken but the other seemed fine, visually there was nothing that would stop it working correctly.
I got some new one's off ebay and they sorted the problem, I did notice once removed the 'good' one felt very loose in it's movement compared to the replacements.

I had one of mine that was doing similiar and it turned out to be the 'resistor' adjustment screw was too tight and there was brick dust in the slide I slacken it off, lots of WD40 to wash it, then readjust the pressure screw, perfect !
