Some serious storage there, would be ideal for any hobbyist not into big items, the lathe looks like it's never been used which in fact a lot of ex MOD stuff is auctioned as such, I saw an auction over York way and there was a dozen 50hp outboard engines still with the makers seals on the cowls up for sale.

That's a good question - if you were after a lathe and a decent pillar drill, it's almost cheaper to buy that entire unit.

You can be assured it's all been very well maintained, I'd have thought.

They generally go for around £6-8k. The owner of Withams is a friend and I get quite a bit of stuff from them as they are just up the road.

I will go and have a look at this one tomorrow if I get a chance.

No, they are powerd from towed generators. So the unit sits on a vehicle and the vehicle tows the generator.

one very similar, or identical to that on the same site a few months back went for £7,500'ish + the usual auction fees etc?? so your looking at 10K

Well that M300 doesn't look like it's been used. And they are circa 20k new. All the cabinets must be worth 3k
Plus the cabin. So I can understand the 'value'.

Just not the amount paid for them

They sell low-loaders, and hiabs too, so just make sure you buy one of them at the same time
