Anyone know anything about them? Do they actually make the stuff they sell or just rebadge them?

Picked up one of these today second hand, and need a few spares for it. Their website doesnt list much. Just wondering if i can look at other drills for suitable spares, or do i have to contact them and see whats available through them?

Never heard of Uniprize (do they give them away?) ...but that looks pretty much the same as my SIP. Although a closer pick would help me to be sure.

Roebuck is their own brand. Buck & Hickman have been selling selling tools, (and rebadging stuff), practically since mechanical tools appeared. Contact them and ask them about spares. I'd be surprised if a company who has been around as long as they have don't provide decent after sales on all equipment they sell.

Rebadged tools are interesting. Buy from a well known company and sometimes get screwed for the same tool from somebody else on a different badge.
or pay half the price from a well known company as from somebody else.
Always worth checking out.
My Belt linisher was £400 from Draper, and about £600 from Poland and about £800 from Baileys.
Do your research carefully.

buck and hickman catalogue prices are sh ./././te i worked at one of there reps houses doin work and told her so, its realy just like going to the electrical wholesalers . u have to negotiate your discount prices just cos u go wholesale it dont mean u all get the same rates

Uniprize seem to have their own site...linky...i stuck the BH link up to show what it looked like. Address matches the one plated on the drill.

The way im reading their site is they dont actually make the tools, just sell them on hence the rebadged theory and the possibillity of getting spares from a more readilly available source.

Buck Hickman are almost as expensive as RS, we only get 20% from BH and nowt from RS, and we deal with RS every week.

Emailed Uniprize, got a quick response saying they may have some spares available. Great i thought, im looking for part x,y,z. They cant help unless i have part numbers, and theres no manual/documentation i can find on the web to find these out. So they were almost helpful

As fas as i can see its got similarities with some sip/sealey/clarke drills



i've emailed uniprize pics of the drill and the serial number off it, if there's no joy there i'll just have to take a gamble and buy random parts till i get ones that fit.
