Unidentified COntact Tip Holder

Hey All

First of all very new here, Im not a forum kind of guy so go ahead and drag me through the coals if i have posted this wrong :P

Secondly, I work for a gas company and we have a retail store selling welding machines, gases and supplies. I have enough knowledge on consumables to get by, however i have been thrown a curveball that i CANNOT find.

I have a new customer who has a currently unidentified robotic MIG torch running off a Megmeet Artsen PM400 machine. He is asking for consumables for it, most of which are fairly common Binzel consumables, except for one. The contact tip holder.

I have attached a picture of it, it is very similar to the contact tip holder for Bizel 401/501D but it is a little shorter at 18mm measured at the same points to the 401/501, but the screw mount to the torch is a male thread, looks to be M10. The tips are regular M8 Binzel. Picture attached of the part.

Anyone identify this to help point me in the right direction?

Hiya and welcome to the forum. I'm no expert but I thought I'd give Google Lens a go as I've never tried it before. After adding MIG to the search it came up with this which does look very similar.

Welcome to the forum.
Some less common makes of robotic torches worth checking are SKS and Tregaskiss to help identify what you have.
If you are unlucky, the tip holders may have been modified by the machine vendor, my old (con man) boss would sometimes have propriety parts modified so he would become the sole supplier of spares at exorbitant prices

It is similar but wont work unfortunatly. Kemppi was one of the first ones I tried. The secondary wider thread is for a ceramic diffuser, the Kemppi doesnt have that. Thanks for your help though.

Appreciate the info, I have checked their website, but unfortunately cannot find this particular part among their catalogues. Im really hoping its not the latter part of your message

Just want to post an update on this thread just in case in some alternate universe out there somewhere, someone else may need this information.

I have found the part that I was looking for, Its from TBI Industries. TBI industries are part of the ESAB group.

There are two variants, 342P008673 to suit TBI Robotic Mig Gun RM62G or RM62W
342P008671 to suit TBI Robotic Mig Gun RM82G or RM82W
