underseal nozzle can you help

For the life of me i cant find the tube that fits on the end of my underseal gun for using cavity wax and gone is the little nozzle on the end something like this one

the one to the right
I've ordered new tube as i wanted one much longer(1M) than the last all i need is that nozzle,not buying another gun as i have 2 already.
Anyone know where i can get one please

Ive never got that extension thing to work, despite trying different guns and different products.

I guess there is a reason why that sealy pressure pot thing sells at all, given its about 10x the price of these.

Ill see if i can find any tomorrow.

If you want to squirt waxoyl thru a tube you need to get some air into it; I made a pressure pot
for it and it happily squirts hot waxoyl down 5m of 5mm nylon tube and out of a spray nozzle.

My spray nozzle is made from a bleed nipple screwed into a female brake pipe nut.

Last time sprayed some cavity wax into the car i thinned it down with white spirit and used a hozelock pump up container that was for industrial use called viton range as i remember and i stuck it in a big tub of hot water for an hour before i used it.

Judging by the pictures the wax isn't all that effective against rust.

I've used the top type successfully with waxoil, just needed to heat the can up first.Carefully with hot air gun(cap off) or in a bucket of hot water.

The wax has to be really thin and free flowing to be pulled up out of a can and down a long tube as per the original picture. I gave up and bought a pressure pot - so much easier and less time consuming - it just works, even un-thinned - the time saving pays for it.

Used it on numerous cars now.

And if you can wait until the weather warms up, so much the better - as the metal will be at least warm and not freezing when the stuff hits it.

Judging by the pictures the wax isn't all that effective against rust.

It has to have the waxoyl blown out after using it, other wise I have to soak it in hot water for ages to melt the waxoyl.


I spray neat waxoyl. It has to be thin as I am not just squirting it out but spraying an air/waxoyl mix; rather than thin it I heat it.

well worth having if you can stomach the price , i posted somewhere with a code that would get a few quid off that from another seller, way way nicer than a shutz gun to use

I heat mine with a blow lamp.
If you paint the waxoyl can black and leave it in the sun that gets it pretty warm.

I hear mine with a kettle and a black bucket then throw a towel over the top to retain the heat

Iv done this through winter for years and it always works fine with a cheapo waxoil pot just with a shorter nozzle. I never thin it down as if it’s hot enough it will flow like tomato soup

I too use white spirit to blast my gun out after and it’s been fine for years
