Alright guys. Unfortunately me and my Isuzu dmax had to part ways as the monthly payments were just too much, I had some other debts to pay off and it was the sensible thing to do when I was offered more than what I payed for it including the Vat 2 years and 12000 miles later.
So I'm on the hunt for a new 4x4. Why I just like them to be honest can't really think of any other valid reason. So I'm looking at the following.
Old Isuzu trooper 3.0 ltr
Older L322 range rover tdv8
Earlier 3.0ltr Isuzu dmax before 2012 body change
Old ford ranger/Mazda bt50
Any other suggestions or advice as to what I should be looking at. I have £4000 to play with and that hopefully should include road tax for the year too. I'm leaning more towards having just a 4x4 than a pick up cause I must admit the pick up while good always seemed to never have enough space even for such a massive vehicle. Vans are another possibility but I'd prefer them to be 4x4 which usually means they are outside my budget. Looking for something that won't rot away Infront of me, so a bit of natural rust resistance would be great.
