I intend extending my carport. It fills the gap between the house and detached (concrete garage) and is free standing. The idea is make the new part an enclosed area (yes - I know it's then technically not a carport as two sides have to be open
) around 8' square so I can have the feel of working outside without the biting wind we suffer as at 900 feet on side of hill !
The existing carport has fibreglass sheeting but that suffers terrible condensation so I'm wondering if I used twin wall polycarbonate, with edges sealed, for the new aspect only whether it will eliminate condensation - and therefore possibly be able to have some heat ?
Cheers.
