Some may know I landed on a free 270l twin motor compressor.
Had some issues, but have been going through gradually.
Replaced pressure switch,
Replaced outlet
Cleaned out all lines
New gauge
Rewired
New belts.
All fires up ok now but one of the pumps locks up part way through the cylinder filling up. So much so snapped a new belt. Which could be why there was only one belt on it when I acquired it.
I have an idea it could be one way way valve letting back through causing the lock up? Or worse something wrong with the conrod. Crank, but surely that would be obvious as cylinder wouldn’t even turn over or be rattly.
Any ideas all you knowledgable people
