Quick question about printers with twin/dual extruders (or the slicing software for them)
Most of the prints I have seen pictures of is 2 colours of the same type filament or one type for the print and one for the supports.
Could I print 2 different types of filament and get them to stick together?
Say I wanted to print something simple like a (small!) stright walking stick with a rubber grip on one end.
Could I print a 25mm dia x 10mm high lump in tpu then another 25x100mm stick onto the top of it?
Obviously some trials would be needed to see if those 2 materials would actually bond together but is this something that should be possible?
Would I be able to set the first layer temp of the second layer - if that makes sense?
Ie a hotter layer to melt/bond into the first type of filament?
