Bought myself a two post for the workshop, 4T drive through.
I’m kit convinced it’s working correctly. The hydraulic cylinder riposte the power pack seems lazy compared to the power pack side. Which has caused a few binding issues with the top and chain.
All built up and had a go setting up tensions of cables etc went through cycling over 10 times after a call to Kettering branch where I got it from said get a vehicle on it to test through height stages.
The vehicle seemed to lift power pack side first and then went out of balance again with the lock stops, I retensioned to match them but still issues.
They are now sending an engineer Friday hopefully to take a look.
I have a feeling there is air in the cylinder that isn’t purging. But they seems to have auto type air purge points at the top of the rams with what looks like a small gauze behind a circlip.
Can anyone recommend something on the meantime I could try as I’m out of ideas.
All the lines are kink free and contacted as per instruction.
